The Get Your Tail on the Trail program was established through a partnership between St. Luke’s University Health Network (St. Luke’s) and Delaware & Lehigh National Heritage Corridor (D&L). Now, the Pocono Forests and Waters Conservation Landscape is excited to present the Northeast PA Chapter of the Get Your Tail on the Trail program.

The NEPA Chapter covers 7 counties throughout Northeastern Pennsylvania; Lackawanna, Luzerne, Monroe, Pike, Susquehanna, Wayne, and Wyoming. The Pocono Forests and Waters Conservation Landscape is enriched with sprawling State Park and State Forest lands, conserved lands, miles of trails, abundant wildlife, wetlands, and clean, high-quality exceptional value waterways, all enhancing the quality of life for residents and visitors in the communities where lifestyles are linked to the land.

This project was partially funded by the Pennsylvania Department of Health’s Preventive Health and Health Services Block Grant.
