Time to crank it up for this 1 mile per day challenge. Already doing more than that? Set your own challenge higher!
During the winter season, it can be east to stay inside, but were challenging you to log 30 miles in 30 days on a “path” to healthy habits and a healthy you.
You must use the online Trail Tracker to log at least 30 miles between February 9th and March 10th by 11:59pm. We encourage you to log more than 30 miles if you are already an active person – set your own goal and strive to achieve it!
Miles completed (or entered online) outside these dates do not count. You can use many exercise types (walk, bike, run, ski, paddle, snowshoe . . ) and many locations (land trail, water trail, neighborhood sidewalk, outdoor track. . ) but the point is to GET OUT and GET ACTIVE!
