It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas (again) with the 25 Miles to Christmas 2022 Challenge! Log 25 miles before the end of Christkindlemarkt in Bethlehem on December 18 and you’ll be entered to win a set of glass blown ornaments! We encourage you to walk around Christkindlmarkt or anywhere you enjoy exercising to log those 25 miles!

That's simply getting your tail on the trail three times a month. May we suggest some trails near St. Luke's University Health Network campuses like the D&L Allentown to Bethlehem section, the South Bethlehem Greenway, or the Saucon Rail Trail connecting Quakertown to Saucon Valley!

Ever wonder what lies below the snow? Come hike the trails at Blue Mountain. Log at least one mile on each Blue Mountain trail location to earn this badge: Blue Burn, Blue Descent, and Green Descent.

Are you ready for a really challenging badge? Complete any adventure (Ropes Course, Adventure Tower, Rock Climbing Wall, or Outdoor Laser Tag) at Blue Mountain’s Summit Adventure Park.

Did you know that Blue Mountain has two mountainside disc golf courses? The 18 hole Skyline takes you down the mountain (make sure to grab a lift ticket back ;). Slopeside, a 9 hole, takes you on a loop around the summit and is more of a workout than it looks. Log a disc golf entry on both locations to earn this badge.

Resolve to try new trails in Wyoming County this year. To earn this badge, we’re challenging you to log activity in three different places in Wyoming County. Choose your own adventure and visit the Iroquois Trail, Tunkhannock Walking Tour, Camp Lackawanna, Little Rocky Glen Preserve and Howland Preserve.

How are you getting moving? We're upping the ante and challenging you to not only get out in Monroe County but visit three unique trails (listed below) and log activity to earn this badge. It’s time to get busy! Trails include Cherry Valley National Wildlife Refuge, Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area, Big Pocono State Park, Tobyhanna State Park, Gouldsboro State Park, Tannersville Cranberry Bog Preserve, Rail Gap Pocono Creek Nature Preserve, and Dansbury Levee Loop.

Whether paddling on Lake Wallenpaupack or playing Disc Golf at Prompton State Park, all you have to do is log three entries on any of the following trails: Prompton State Park, Van Scott Nature Reserve, Varden Conservation Area, Lacawac Sanctuary, Dorflinger-Suydam Wildlife Sanctuary, Tobyhanna State Park, Gouldsboro State Park, Shuman Point Hiking Trail.

With over 100 free concerts to attend over ten days, getting this badge should not only be easy but a great time as well. Entries must be made between August 4 through 25 to earn this badge AND a chance to win 2023 Musikfest Mainstage Front Row Tickets!
