This year, we’re doing things a little differently. While we still encourage you to keep getting out on the trail for hiking, walking, running, and biking, we’re also providing mile conversions for exercises you can do at home. In addition, we’ll be posting fun digital fitness and health content on the website and Facebook page so you’ll have multiple options available for fitness at all levels.
When you do head out on the trail, remember to follow social distancing procedures, avoid using facilities and touching surfaces, and pack out any trash you pack in. Help us keep both you and the D&L healthy and safe!
