The Wyoming Valley Striders 20K Run is back for a 6th year!
This race is the third and final leg in the inaugural Wyoming Valley Striders Vince Wojnar Triple Crown.
The course runs along the D&L Trail, is wheel measured and marked, has a rolled cinder surface, and is an out and back configuration with a slight decline on the way out and a slight incline on the way back. There will be water stops on the course.

Cost: (we pay processing fee)
$25 – Early Bird Rate: Now through July 31
$30 – Procrastinator Rate: August 1 until online registration closes on November 8
(WVS members receive $5 discount off the procrastinator rate with code 192020KWVS1)
$35 – Super Procrastinator Rate: Race day entry fee for everyone

A new color commemorative hoodie will be given to each participant who registers by October 20, 2019 and a 20K pint glass to later entrants.
Entry fee is not refundable.
This race is open to anyone. You do not need to be a WVS member to run.
You can however become a member or renew your membership during the checkout process. Online memberships are $7 per year.
Membership cards are sent within a week of receipt.
Post-race refreshments will be provided to the runners at the finish area.
The race directors reserve the right to accept or reject any entry.

DIRECTIONS
We prefer you to access the venue driving on Main Street instead of going through the White Haven Market parking lot. Main Street runs parallel to the market. Look for race signs we will have out. Once at the White Haven Market parking lot’s southernmost end, continue onto the gravel road and go past the bike rental shop. Continue straight ahead into Lehigh Gorge State Park, go under the Interstate 80 overpass, and then into the parking lot of the race venue.

RACE DAY REGISTRATION AND PACKET PICKUP
Registration on race day is from 7:15 AM to 8:45 AM at the race venue; please register early on race day.
Online registrants can pick up their race packet on race day.
Entry fee is $35 at the venue on race day.
