 triders 20K Run is back for a 6th year!\nThis race is the third and final 
 leg in the inaugural Wyoming Valley Striders Vince Wojnar Triple Crown.\nT
 he course runs along the D&amp\;L Trail\, is wheel measured and marked\, h
 as a rolled cinder surface\, and is an out and back configuration with a s
 light decline on the way out and a slight incline on the way back. There w
 ill be water stops on the course.\n\nCost: (we pay processing fee)\n$25 - 
 Early Bird Rate: Now through July 31\n$30 - Procrastinator Rate: August 1 
 until online registration closes on November 8\n(WVS members receive $5 di
 scount off the procrastinator rate with code 192020KWVS1)\n$35 - Super Pro
 crastinator Rate: Race day entry fee for everyone\n\nA new color commemora
 tive hoodie will be given to each participant who registers by October 20\
 , 2019 and a 20K pint glass to later entrants.\nEntry fee is not refundabl
 e.\nThis race is open to anyone. You do not need to be a WVS member to run
 .\nYou can however become a member or renew your membership during the che
 ckout process. Online memberships are $7 per year.\nMembership cards are s
 ent within a week of receipt.\nPost-race refreshments will be provided to 
 the runners at the finish area.\nThe race directors reserve the right to a
 ccept or reject any entry.\n\nDIRECTIONS\nWe prefer you to access the venu
 e driving on Main Street instead of going through the White Haven Market p
 arking lot. Main Street runs parallel to the market. Look for race signs w
 e will have out. Once at the White Haven Market parking lot's southernmost
  end\, continue onto the gravel road and go past the bike rental shop. Con
 tinue straight ahead into Lehigh Gorge State Park\, go under the Interstat
 e 80 overpass\, and then into the parking lot of the race venue.\n\nRACE D
 AY REGISTRATION AND PACKET PICKUP\nRegistration on race day is from 7:15 A
 M to 8:45 AM at the race venue\; please register early on race day.\nOnlin
 e registrants can pick up their race packet on race day.\nEntry fee is $35
