Join us on the porch of the National Canal Museum to kick off the Get Your Tail on the Trail 30 miles in 30 days Winter Challenge!
To kick things off, there will be a short campfire chat on overall health and the importance of exercise, especially low-impact activities such as walking and hiking with Paul Duffy, DC from St. Luke’s Chiropractic Care- Emrick Boulevard. Then we will start guided walks for 1, 2 and 3 mile loops along the towpath. Walks are scheduled to take off at 1:15, 1:30 and 2:15. Not interested in walking with a group? You can take a self-guided, self-paced walk as well.
Stop by the information table to enter the lottery for some free SWAG and grab some refreshments and snacks.
Click here to sign up for the event! The event is FREE, but we ask that you sign up so that we have an accurate headcount. There is no rain date for the event so please check the website, tailonthetrail.org
