St. Luke\’s Healthy Steps @ Any Size 5K
My name is Lauren, I am a dietitian with the St Luke’s weight management program. We are in the planning stages of our annual Healthy Steps @ Any Size 5K. Our 5K was on pause during COVID, but we brought it back two years ago and it is growing every year. Our 5K has been a Tail on the Trail approved event so we are wondering if Tail on the Trail would have our 5K be an approved event yet again? This year it will be held on Saturday, Sept 13th at the Bethlehem Township Community Park.
