NOVA's 8th Annual Virtual NO BULLying Run

When

Jun 1st 2020 - Jun 30th 2020
12:00 am

Network of Victim Assistance (NOVA) is introducing a new way to support our 8th annual NO BULLying Run this year!

At NOVA, we know the importance of continuing to provide awareness of the effects and consequences of bullying in our community through our annual NO BULLying Run, so we chose a virtual format for this year’s No BULLying Run, allowing for flexibility, diversity, and inclusion.

This all-inclusive community event will take place from June 1st through June 30th and we will collectively run, walk, stroll, or roll 19,642 miles against bullying! Each mile represents one child who is bullied in Bucks County each year (According to statistics from PACER). Every mile contributed toward the common goal of 19,642 miles is one step closer to reaching our goal, whether you choose to run, walk, roll, or stroll 1 mile a day or 5 miles a day.

All proceeds support NOVA, a 501c3 organization in Bucks County, PA. NOVA’s mission is to support, counsel, and empower victims of sexual assault and other serious crimes in Bucks County and works to prevent and eliminate violence in society through advocacy, training, community education and prevention programs.

Help NOVA bring awareness to the effects and consequences of bullying in our community by becoming an Upstander and participating in this year’s NO BULLying Run. All proceeds from the event will support NOVA’s prevention education programs in schools and the community.

We believe that in order to end bullying, we ALL must become Upstanders and work together towards a solution!
