IRT Spring Historical Walk

Join Bob Abbott and myself on a narrated tour of the Ironton Rail-Trail 9 PM Saturday March 23.
We will identify at least 30 landmarks of historical value on the 7-mile tour.
The Ironton Railroad serviced the Iron and Cement Industries starting in the mid 1800’s.
The History of the Ironton Rail-Trail construction, starting in 1996, will be presented.
The IRT trail counters recorded 253,000 users in 2023.
The walk is shine or rain, if mild. Last Fall Historical Walk we got wet feet but everyone still enjoyed the Walk.
Dogs on leash are welcome on the Walk.
