Autumn Scavenger Hunt at Promised Land State Park
Celebrate the changing seasons with a Kid’s Fall Scavenger Hunt!
Children of all ages are welcome to attend but they must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. This Autumn-themed scavenger hunt will be a fun way for kids to experience a beautiful State Park in their area while learning about the local landscape and Leave No Trace principles.
Please bring good shoes, clothing appropriate for the weather, a water bottle and snacks. The materials necessary for the scavenger hunt will be provided but participants are welcome to also bring magnifying glasses, binoculars, or anything else that will help them explore nature!
The meeting location and logistical details will be shared with registered participants a few days before the outing.
