165 Mile Challenge covers May 1 to November 1, 2017!

That gives you 185 days to complete 165 miles. Already doing more than that? Set your own challenge higher!

During spring to fall 2017, we challenge you to log 165 miles on a path to healthy habits and a healthy you. The 165 Mile Challenge is the second using the brand new Tail on the Trail website which will now track a lot more details (time spent exercising, healthy lifestyle habits, group data and more) and help program coordinators continue to expand this nationally recognized program.

In order to earn your Tail on the Trail incentive at the end of the 165 Mile Challenge, you must use the online Trail Tracker to log at least 165 miles between May 1st and November 1st by 11:59pm. Miles completed (or entered online) outside those dates would not count. You can use many exercise types (walk, bike, run, rollerblade, paddle . . ) and many locations (land trail, water trail, neighborhood sidewalk, outdoor or indoor track, cardio equipment . . ) to work around the weather and your schedule but the bottom line is to GET ACTIVE! At the end of the challenge, the incentives will be mailed to anyone that completed their 165 miles and entered them online by the end of the day November 1st. Make sure your registration address in your profile is current so your prize can arrive safely to your mailbox.
