Don’t let winter keep you from being active. During March 2017, we challenge you to log 30 miles in 30 days on a path to healthy habits and a healthy you. The 30/30 Winter Challenge is the first using the brand new Tail on the Trail website which will now track a lot more details (time spent exercising, healthy lifestyle habits, group data and more) and help program coordinators continue to expand the nationally recognized program.
In order to earn your Tail on the Trail incentive at the end of the 30/30 Winter Challenge, you must use the online Trail Tracker to log at least 30 miles between March 1st and March 30th. Miles completed (or entered online) outside those dates would not count. You can use many exercise types (snowshoe, walk, bike, run, treadmill . . ) and many locations (trail, neighborhood sidewalk, indoor track, cardio equipment . . ) to work around the weather and daylight limitations of winter but the bottom line is to GET ACTIVE! At the end of the challenge, the incentives will be mailed to anyone that completed their 30 miles and entered them online by the end of the day March 30th. Make sure your registration address is current so your prize can arrive safely to your mailbox.
