The 165 challenge is still on!  Even in these unprecedented times, it’s still important to remain active and exercise.  Even though we can’t all gather right now and we need to practice social distancing outside, we wanted to support you by adding some at-home resources if you are unable to get outside right now.

Log challenge miles at home with these at-home resources!

Posted below are downloadable home workouts offered by offered by St. Luke’s Fitness & Sports Performance! These workouts can be customized to your fitness level and then converted into miles for you to log at tailonthetrail.org. If you have log-in difficulties, let us know at tailonthetrail@gmail.com.

As a general rule of thumb, mileage conversion for the downloadable workouts can be calculated as follows:

Beginner: 1.25 miles

Intermediate: 2 miles

Advanced: 2.75 miles

For at-home exercise, refer to the Tail on the Trail mileage conversion chart below to make an estimate. Just do your best with converting the miles–the important thing is to keep moving!
