Log challenge miles at home with these at-home resources!

Posted below are downloadable home workouts offered by offered by St. Luke’s Fitness & Sports Performance! These workouts can be customized to your fitness level and then converted into miles for you to log at tailonthetrail.org. If you have log-in difficulties, let us know at tailonthetrail@gmail.com.

As a general rule of thumb, mileage conversion for the downloadable workouts can be calculated as follows:

Beginner: 1.25 miles

Intermediate: 2 miles

Advanced: 2.75 miles

For at-home exercise, refer to the Tail on the Trail mileage conversion chart below to make an estimate. Just do your best with converting the miles–the important thing is to keep moving!
