 Winter Challenge. Starting January 25 through February 28\, log 30 miles 
 to earn our 2025 badge plus an incentive mailed right to you. The annual
  Winter Challenge aims to motivate you to get outdoors and remain active a
 t a time of year when most of us have lost our steam. Kick off your challe
 nge goals with special events hosted by our D&amp\;L and NEPA chapters at 
 the start of the challenge. These unique gatherings will set you on the ri
 ght track. Plus\, connect with our rich online community for inspiration t
 o cross that finish line!\nD&amp\;L Winter Challenge Kickoff\n\n\n\nOn Sat
 urday\, January 25\, from 1 – 3 PM\, join the D&amp\;L Chapter at the Na
 tional Canal Museum’s porch for an afternoon of camaraderie and explorat
 ion. Engage in a heartwarming campfire chat with Andrew Goodbred\, MD\, Pr
 ogram Director - St. Luke's Family Medicine Residency – Anderson\, who w
 ill share insights on the importance of interpersonal connections for well
 -being during the winter months. Choose from guided walks along the towpat
 h\, with 1\, 2\, and 3-mile loops available to suit your pace. Don’t for
 get to visit the information table to meet the St. Luke’s team\, enter a
  lottery for exciting SWAG\, and enjoy refreshments and snacks by the fire
