ross that finish line.\n\nD&amp\;L Winter Challenge Kickoff\n\nJoin the D&
amp\;L Chapter on Saturday\, January 31\, from 1 – 3 pm on the porch of
the National Canal Museum in Easton. To kick things off\, we’ll hear fro

Time" about activities to improve heart health\, other things that you c
an do to keep your heart healthy\, and when to see a heart doctor. Guided
walks will also be offered for 1\, 2\, and 3-mile loops along the towpath\
, in addition to self-guided walks. Group walks are scheduled to take off
at 1:15 at staggered intervals. Stop by the information table to talk to t
he St. Luke’s team\, enter into a lottery for some free SWAG\, and grab
some refreshments and snacks.\n\nGroup exercise is a great way to stay mot
ivated. Offering both community and accountability\, signing up for a grou

ded to brave the cooler temps. Our events welcome all experience levels\,
so bring a friend! Join us for one of our kickoffs or other Tail on the Tr
ail-approved events by visiting tailonthetrail.org. Remember\, badges can
be earned concurrently\, so make sure to log your group exercise toward t
he group explorer badge.\n\nThis winter\, commit to movement with our wint
er challenge. Whether you log a single mile daily or the course of the cha
llenge\, or longer distances every couple of days\, 30 miles are within re

dventures using #tailonthetrail.\n\nSunday\, February\, 1 will be our snow

should reroute around the closure.\n\nThe event is FREE\, but registration
  is required.\n\n[gravityform id="48" title="true"]
