 is is a 30K that will be a 10K loop runners will complete. Runners have th
 e option to compete in a 10K individually or on a team of three and comple
 te a collective 30K! There will be awards for top 10K individual finisher\
 , male and female\, and top 30K team finisher. All runners will start at 6
 PM\, if competing with a team your times will be combined to create your f
