SUMMARY:Larksview Feed The Need 5K Walk/Run and Superhero Fun Run
DESCRIPTION:Come join Larksview on the D and L trails for a fun morning wit
 h the whole family. Your participation will raise money to help feed hungr
 y kids in need. Hugh Moore Park is a perfect setting for participants of a
 ll skill levels\, and for those just looking for a great time outdoors.\n\
 n5K Early Registration through April 25th   - $20\nApril 26-May 24th   -  
 $25\nMay 25th - $30\nChildren's Fun Run   - $10\n\nAll runners will be tim
 ed and medals will be given for those placing in 12 different age groups. 
 Sign-in opens for all ages at 9:00 AM at the Canal Museum entrance.\n\nAdu
 lt 5K starts at 10:00am. The route is beautiful\, wide\, flat\, and off of
  all main roads.\n\nThe Kids Superhero Fun Run starts at 10:20 with a dedi
 cated 1/2 mile route just for them. Costumes encouraged\, and prizes will 
 be given for most creative and best overall costumes. Stamps and prizes aw
 arded to all youth participants\, and the kids will meet some special supe
 r-friends at the end of the route.\n\nFree T-Shirts to the first 75 regist
 rants. The event is rain or shine. Please stick around and join us for foo
 d\, drinks\, baked goods\, music\, vendors and other fun activities after 
 the walk/run.\n\nLarksview Foundation has no paid staff. All volunteers pa
 y there own expenses on medical trips. 100% of the money raised will go to
  provide infant formula for newborns and nutritional supplements including
  therapeutic high protein foods to severely malnourished children. To lear
