DESCRIPTION:\n\nFirst Day Hike\nLehigh Gorge State Park\n\nJoin us for an e
 asy hike on the rail trail! We'll hike south out of White Haven to Lehigh 
 Tannery and back\, a distance of about 2.5 miles. Along the way\, we'll di
 g into some of the history of the park which stretches back to the 1800s. 
 While the trail is relatively flat and would be suitable for a rugged stro
 ller\, it is not groomed so a snow covered or icy trail is a possibility. 
 Please plan accordingly and wear appropriate footwear.\n\n*Well-behaved an
 d leashed dogs who are friendly and good around kids\, crowds\, and other 
 dogs are most welcome. If you would prefer a dog-free hike\, the 9 AM Fir
 st Day Hike at nearby Nescopeck State Park will be pet-free.\nRegistration
