DESCRIPTION:Grab your paddle and get ready for Endless Mountains Heritage R
 egion’s annual Summer\nHeritage Benefit Paddle! This event is on Saturda
 y\, July 11\, with participants meeting at\nBartolai Winery at 2389 PA-92\
 , Pittston\, PA 18643 by 8 a.m. Following a welcome and safety\nbriefing\,
  we will be shuttled up to Susquehanna Kayak &amp\; Canoe Rentals in Falls
  (Wyoming\nCounty). This trip will be an 11-mile paddle down the Susquehan
 na River from SKCR to\nBartolai\, with a lunch stop in between.\n\nDinner 
 will be catered by Art Coolbaugh and will be ready upon arrival at Bartola
 i\, where\nparticipants can also enjoy some local wines. John Marrow of th
 e Scranton area will be the\nmusical entertainment for the evening.\n\nThi
 s event will benefit Patriot’s Cove in Noxen\, a non-profit 501(c)(3) or
 ganization in\nnortheastern Pennsylvania and founded by a military veteran
  and his spouse to empower\nother veterans\, first responders\, and their 
 caregivers to heal and adapt to life after service.\nThroughout their 18-a
 cre refuge\, they provide restorative outdoor activities\, environmental\n
 service projects\, and educational events and retreats for caregivers. Pat
 riot’s Cove founder\nJeff Swire will be the guest speaker for the event.
 \n\nParticipants are encouraged to bring appropriate clothing and footwear
  for that day’s\nweather\, sunscreen\, a sufficient supply of water\, an
 d a dry bag to keep their supplies in.\nWhile we will be providing dinner\
 , please bring snacks or a sacked lunch for our time on the\nriver\, as we
  will be stopping for a short break.\n\nRegistration for those who can bri
 ng their own kayak or canoe will be $60. The registration\nfee not only co
 vers the guided trip\, but also shuttling\, insurance\, dinner\, entertain
 ment and\na donation to Patriot’s Cove. An additional fee of $50 will be
  added for those renting a\nsingle\, or $70 for those renting a tandem kay
